IB CS Hub ("we", "us") provides IB Diploma Computer Science lesson materials, revision tools, AI-assisted exam preparation, study coaching, and Internal Assessment feedback tools, accessed at ibcshub.com. By creating an account, adding funds to a wallet, or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide an accurate email address to use paid features. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian should review these Terms and supervise use of payment features on your behalf.
Wallet top-ups are used to pay for individual AI tool sessions (exam marking, study coaching, IA marking, and AI Lab tools). Some top-up amounts include promotional bonus credit, shown at time of purchase — bonus credit is non-transferable and has no cash value. A 2-year full access pass grants access to lesson content and platform features for the stated period from purchase and does not include unlimited AI tool credits unless explicitly stated on the purchase page.
Wallet balances and access passes are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash redemption value except as required by law.
Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller, who handle payment collection, tax, and related customer service inquiries for card transactions. Cryptocurrency payments are processed via NOWPayments. We do not store your full card details.
Materials, AI-generated feedback, and marked scripts are for your personal study only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share paid content or your account access with others. AI marking and coaching tools provide practice feedback and are not a guarantee of IB grade outcomes.
Content is provided "as is" to support your revision and is not a substitute for your school's teaching or official IB guidance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
